一、 If there is something wrong with the product quality under normal use since the user buys it:

1. The whole machine shall be replaced within 3 months, repaired free of charge within 1 year, repaired conditionally within 3 years.

2. Damaged components shall be repaired free of charge within 2 years.

3. SCHNEKON shall strictly follow the relevant <>and offer the warranty services to the maintenance stations, take a good execution of responsibility and obligation in replacement, repairing and refund as for relevant products.

Notes:

(1). The purchasing date shall be subject to the date of the invoice or receipt, or the date of production in case without invoice or receipt.

(2). The after sale service shall not be committed for the products without the bar code and serial number.

(3). Quality problem excludes personal subjective discrepancies against the products.

(4).Replacement or free of charge repairing service is only valid for the products under normal usage: every man-made damage (for example: Customers dismantle the products on their own, the improper operation are performed, the power of inappropriate voltage is plugged in, the operations are not subject to the instruction and so on.), the damages resulted from the transportation and other accidents, force majeure such as natural disasters, the repairing and refitting without our approval, which are all beyond the scope of the replacement or free of charge repairing service. And repairing service would be charged reasonably.

(5). Functional repairing shall only be done to the model that has not been being manufactured (appearance may be different from the original product).

(6). Free of charge repairing excludes housing, instruction book and package.

The warranty services shall not be committed on the following conditions.:

1、The following products shall not be in the scope of <>:

The products at the expiration of three guarantees term.

The damages due to operating the product improperly according to the specifications in the instruction or inapposite keeping.

The actual product is not matched with the one shown on the sales voucher.

Fake products.

2、The following products are not in the scope of the warranty services..:

Samples free of charge:

The products beyond the terms of the quality warranty services;

The products without valid purchase certificates;

The products that have been repaired, refitted or dismantled by the personnel who do not belong to SCHNEKON or by the organizations or the personnel who have not been authorized;

The malfuntion and the damages of the products caused out of the installation, storage or operation without conformity to the specification in the product manual or the nature of the products;

Wears and scratches on the surface of the products caused during the normal usage of the products that can still work normally;

The products with serious damages to the housings caused by the problems that have nothing to do with the quality, which includes deformation, oxidation, corrosion and so on;

Man-made damages due to inappropriate operations or negligence such as plugging in the improper power and voltage, malfunctions caused by operating wrongly, stroke, drop not according to the manual;

The products with malfunction or damages caused by natural disasters such as lightning stroke, earthquake, flood, fire and so on;

The products with malfunction or damages due to the other causes beyond the quality problems.

3、The repairing is not available to the invalid products as follows:

The products with serious damages to the housing and outer cover;

The products with breakage and cracking;

The power socket burned black;

Fragile products such as glass cover and glass parts.

3.Please bring the warranty documents and original purchase invoice or receipt in the request of the guaranteed service. Keep the warranty documents and original purchase invoice or receipt properly. The warranty documents will be invalid if altered.

4.SCHNEKON shall offer repairing service free of charge to the quality problems of the product itself within the quality guarantee periods. Otherwise SCHNEKON shall do the repairing to the products beyond the scope of the warranty services according to products’ situation at reasonable charge.

5.Please read the product manual carefully upon using the products of our company.
