Introduction：IVISION5 industrial camera is an highly-integrated embedded vision system with collection of visual images, video processing and industrial Ethernet communication, which boasts high speed CMOS sensors, built-in special image acceleration units and a set of attached graphic development platform. With a flexible operation interface and plentiful visual processing tools in the platform, it is easier for customers to do the secondary development and shorten the cycle of the development. Characterized by the compact design, well-performed image processing at high speed and easy operation, the platform can assist customers to deal with positioning, measuring, identifying and detecting in industrial automation at ease. It is widely used in food processing industry and positioning in other production lines, high precision positioning in semiconductor electronic processing, grabbing and measuring work-piece by robots in other industrial applications.

Available for many kinds of flip-flops (single frame, multi-frame), it can selects modes of collecting images according to specific applications.

It has various light control with built-in light sources or external extendable light sources.

With LED indicator, production journal can be monitored by saving and deriving journal/log.
